This a job search coaching plan. The topics and duration of your coaching commitment can be customized to meet your individual needs.
JOB SEARCH STRATEGY
We will partner to design a plan for how you will land your dream job including application strategy, networking strategy, etc.
What is your elevator pitch? We'll work together to name your strengths, your key selling points and how you want other to see you.
What do you want from your next career opportunity? How does this fit in with your values and your long-term goals? We'll partner to define your goal job.
To prepare for your interviews we will review common questions, review your key selling points and practise responding to interview questions including "tell me about yourself".
RESUME & LINKEDIN REVIEW
We'll review your resume and Linkedin to optimize for the opportunities you want to have access to.
FIRST 90-DAYS IN YOUR NEW JOB
What do you want to accomplish in your first 30-, 60- and 90-days? Whom do you need to build relationships with? What is essential for you to learn and what are your priorities? We'll define a strategy and milestones for your first 90-days.

Use of proven academic resources to build the coachee's toolbox of skills
Anna's objective is to help her coachees define at least one relevant action item per session. One action per coaching session allows for the steady testing of and building of new habits for long-term results.
Anna favors 1-hour coaching sessions over several months rather than a one-off workshop with little to no personalization or follow-up.
