ONE OFF COACHING OR A PROGRAM
A coaching program gives the coachee the opportunity to test how to apply new knowledge to their specific circumstances, iterate and find what works for them with the support of a dedicated coach.
Regular meetings mean there is accountability and follow-up to help build new habits for long-lasting change. We have a formal mid-point check-in that helps us track results and adjust our coaching plan to maximize ROI.
Each topic is discussed from the perspective of how it is relevant to the coachee's specific situation and circumstances to maximize relevant takeaways and the usefulness of the topics covered. We use learning materials such as worksheets and a variety of resources to build a personalized resource kit for the coachee.
All programs can be executed one-on-one or in small groups. 360s and other types of team, peer, or manager questionnaires can be added at extra cost.

Programs 10-24 weeks
10-week programs starting at 1500€. All programs include 60-minute sessions bi-weekly, bi-weekly check-ins with coach either via a 15-min call, email or whatsapp, and access to session materials, workbooks, etc. All programs begin with a 60-min intake call to assess goals, define metrics to track progress and customize program to clients needs. Mid-point check-in and end-of-program review.
Programs can be conducted one-on-one or in small groups max 6 people.

The agreement includes 2 x 30-minute calls per month or a 60-minute call per month. We kick off with a free 60-minute intake call to discuss your ideal coaching plan and expectations. Billed monthly or 3-6 months at a time with a discount.
