Founder and Head Coach, Anna Marica Lahti, helps leaders and team members discover their strengths and potential, identify how they can perform at their best, feel confident, and amplify their impact. During the last several years Anna has coached leaders and team members in Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 500 companies, spending hundreds of hours coaching and teaching tools and best practices to bridge the gap to a happier work life. ​

  • Experience working with team members and managers at all levels of the organization, from startups to Fortune 500 companies globally

  • Anna adjusts between coaching, training, and advising to maximize the client's ability to master new skills and leverage the benefits of coaching
